Virginia Genovesi
Virginia Genovesi is a certified coach at Marshall Goldsmith (USA) and has studies at Harvard (Boston), IMD (Europe), Rice University (USA), among others.
Virginia has 20 years of experience in topics related to Human Resources, with international experience in multinational companies, regionally and globally.
She hold a Direction position in HR in Tenaris and was part of the TEDx Tenaris organizing team.
Currently, in addition to being a coach, she is a consultant and speaker on Talent and Digital Transformation topics, and a leader and mentor at Singularity University Argentina.
She was a member of the Diversity Committee at Tenaris and is currently an Advisory Board / mentor in organizations that ensure the empowerment of Women (FLOR, Voces Vitales, G100).
