Description
Students will learn about energy management systems, key strategies for reducing energy consumption, and energy efficiency's economic and environmental impact. Through a mix of theoretical concepts and practical applications, this course aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills to initiate and manage energy-saving measures in their respective sectors.
At the end of the course, the student will be able to:
• Explain the key principles of energy efficiency and assess their application in various contexts to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding.
• Evaluate and select appropriate energy-saving opportunities in diverse industrial settings and implement tailored energy efficiency solutions.
• Analyze and formulate effective basic energy management strategies, demonstrating insight into their impact on organizational sustainability and efficiency.
