Combustion is the conversion of substances called a fuel into chemical compounds known as products of combustion by combining with an oxidizer. Fuel is the fundamental element of any industry and the knowledge of the properties of fuel helps in selecting the right fuel for the right purpose and efficient use of the fuel for energy generation.
